I’m an ICF Certified Executive and Integral Coach, Mixed-Media Creator, Instructional Designer, Book Lover and Bookmaker, and Online and In-person Workshop Facilitator. I live in Delaware with my husband, am a boy mom to three sons and our adopted pup named Teake.

The Visual Journaler is a creative and transformative practice that integrates coaching inquiry, reflective writing, and mixed media art to foster self-discovery.
